BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN COLLABRATION WITH HOSPITAL TELUK INTAN
On the 26th of February 2023, our esteemed club, in collaboration with the esteemed host club, Rotary Club of Kota Bharu, and an impressive coalition of 19 clubs from RI District 3300, orchestrated a remarkable joint blood donation campaign.
From the early hours of 9 am, the dedicated staff of Hospital Teluk Intan, alongside passionate Rotarians, diligently prepared the counters and provided invaluable assistance to donors in completing the necessary application forms prior to their noble act of donating blood.This exceptional campaign, which concluded at 3 pm, witnessed an astounding response from the community, with 112 selfless individuals stepping forward to contribute to this lifesaving cause. Among the remarkable donors, 91 donations were successfully collected, embodying the spirit of compassion and generosity, while 23 individuals were regrettably unable to participate.
The collective efforts of all involved have undoubtedly made a resounding impact, reinforcing the invaluable role of Rotary in fostering positive change and serving humanity.
