7TH INTER-COUNTRY MEETING (DISTRICT 3300 MALAYSIA & DISTRICT 3330 THAILAND)
The Inter-Country meeting on 4th Feb 2023 held at the New Season Square Hotel in Hat Yai, Thailand. Rotary club of Teluk Intan renewed the sister club agreement with Rotary club of Yala District 3330. Our club has been signed the sister club agreement since 1st Nov 2003.
Vice President, PAG Jaya Letchumi represented President Gurunathan to sign the sister club agreement with President Rotary club of Yala, Rtn Akkawut Rujijindawan.
Our club representatives are The Rotary Foundation Director, PAG Surendra Kaur, President Elect, Rtn Tan Aik Kian, Community Service Director, PAG Fong Seow Kai Chuan and Rtn Ronnie Teh.
At the fellowship & cultural night, our club members were joining the performance of the traditional "Joget Pahang" and a "Rasa Sayang" melody with line dancing steps.
The objective of the event was to promote international understanding, goodwill, and peace, which was successfully achieved through collaboration and cooperation between the two districts.
