DISTRICT GOVERNOR OFFICIAL CLUB VISIT FOR 2022-23
DG Dr. Krishna Kumar visited our club on 25th September 2022 accompanied by Assistant Governor, PP Chandrasegaran Ramasamy. During the afternoon session, he visited the Interact Assembly where he met members of Interact Club from Horley Methodist, St. Anthony, Convent and San Min secondary school's.
The club assembly was chaired by Youth Service Director, Rtn Pentiah Suria Murthi. The Presidents from each Interact Club presented their financial report, community service report and club service report to DG Dr. Krishna Kumar and the President of RC Teluk Intan.
DG Dr. Krishna Kumar also motivated the Interactors during the Interact Assembly and encouraged them to be active. Activities that are organised by Interact Club are beneficial and helps them in their future endeavours.
At night, DG Dr. Krishna Kumar also visited the Club Assembly. We have invited our special guests, PAG Amritpal Singh (Rotary Club of Brighton North - District 9800 Australia) and his wife, Saira Griffin representing the club advisor PDG Dr. Rajindar Singh and PAG Surendra Kaur.
DG Dr. Krishna Kumar inducted two new members who are Rtn Dr. Tan Ming Gui and Rtn Jeya Balu Narayanan. He presented certificates of recognition to Horley Methodist and Convent.
The board of directors presented their reports to the District Governor, and before the official visit concluded, DG Dr. Krishna Kumar with the club members and Interactors made a tribute video for Club Advisor PDG Dr. Rajindar Singh and PAG Surendra Kaur.
